At the time of booking we need the following information from each guest in order to make the reservation:

  • Reservation number of the respective hotel (Quality Hotel Globe or Clarion Hotel Stockholm)
  • Complete guest name

  • Valid credit card number including validity date
  • Please be aware of the minimum stay of 4 nights

 

Cancellation policy of individual rooms:

Cancellation of individual rooms can be made up until 7 days prior to arrival.

Payment of individual rooms:

At the time of booking a valid credit card including validity date is required in order to guarantee the booking. Each guest is responsible for room payment on check out.

Block release

  • 4 months prior to arrival date: 25% of the unused block will be released
  • 3 months prior to arrival date: 50% of the unused block will be released
  • 2 months prior to arrival date: 75% of the unused block will be released
  • 1 month prior to arrival date:  the entire unused block will be released
